Question. Why when the page first loads, you can see the edited version (e.g Latest News, blue and underlined) before it goes to the accordion design.

Its kind of hard to explain. I just see like the raw version of the accordion, once page completely loads then I will see the accordion with the proper font and the white background. Its hard to really see because it happens so quickly. But the Latest News heading is in blue and has an underline. The background is the gray color that is behind the accordion.

Unfortunately i cannot reproduce this issue on our machines.
