I have tested your site on Chrome, FireFox and IE and I haven't experienced any issues.

Please, provide a sequence that will help recreate your problem.

I try to insert a small .jpg picture using the file manager and i can't upload. no errors or messages and no progress bar too. When i use the IE everything is ok. Can't understand this. IT seems to me that is a browser problem, because it works on IE ... i try this on other computer and the same problem too.

Definitely this is a browser problem. Now, i try with a beta version of firefox (10.0a1) and it works.

You're right. On your test demo i'm able to upload ... but on my test page i couldn't. If you said you could ... well, really can't understand why. Do you have any clue about that???

I tested your website again using Chrome 14/15 and Firefox 7.0.1
I've uploaded a file named dmxzonetest.jpg and it is working fine.
