I have the same problem when using the new "fluid grid layout" in Dreamweaver CS6.

Is there a fix around it? I do not want to mess up the fluid grid layout.

I've just put a comment in the line of CSS that Dreamweaver creates the structure for "fluid grid layout" of to stop being active. In the ID created for the map Map I added: "width: 100%" to match the width and height different in the style sheet for each device.

I tried it with another extensón of another company and was the same. It was the only solution.
