4 Bugs in Nivo Slider - ???

I just purchased the Nivo slider yesterday: I've discovered the following issues with it: 1) When selecting a folder of images to import the path to the folder is partially lost and has to be manually typed in,
2) When selecting individual images there's no way to select more than one image at a time - most dialogs allow multiple file selections, but not in this case,
3) when selecting a layout with thumbs, there's no way to indicate how or where to position the thumbs that I could see - none of the screens in Nivo slider indicate any X Y coordinates, etc to position the thumbs - any layout I created that used thumbs put all the thumbs right on top of the main images,
4) the link that says "online manual" does not work at all. I'm using WIndows Vista on a 64-bit computer and Dreamweaver CS3: Layouts look the same in any brower I used (IE, Chrome, Firefox). Why are these issues appearing? - if there's no way to position thumbs I'd consider this a defective product and will ask for a refund. Please advise, thank you.

Yes this is a DW folder selection bug - Adobe has a fix for it but never released it publically. We have it so we can send it to you on request.
We are using the standard DW file selection dialog and it can select just a single file or folder - so there is no multi selection possible. If you want multiple files - well put them in a single folder and select the whole folder.
Well all styling is done by CSS - so you can change the CSS as you wish to make it fit your site. We just also published an article that might give more insights www.dmxzone.com/go?18800
You can't see the slider layout in DW. When you select different layout - another css file is included that needs to be uploaded to your live site. Then when you preview it it will display in different style.

George

Hello, Peter.
I, too purchased the slider and noticed the issue #1 which I reported in a separate support ticket yesterday. This morning support sent me a response. Apparently, this is a known bug in windows Vista and above. They sent me a fix released by Adobe, that I will install that should fix the problem. Maybe they can put this as a download somewhere let everyone know about it. If you like, I can send it to you to see if that resolves issue #1 for you, at least.
