Using HTML Editor 3.3.4. While this extension works well with a site displayed on my PC and iPad, I cannot enter any text when the same site is displayed on my iPhone. Further, the toolbar icons are not active except for the special characters icon. Replies

The issue is that you are using iOS4. It does not support the text input. As our update history for the editor describes you need iOS5 or newer in order to use the AHE on your iDevice:

I apologize. Once I saw your previous note, I knew that the problem was because I hadn't updated the iOS. Once I did, all was well.

I’m good with typing, thankfully, both on my iPhone and Mac. But something’s up with dictation. I write a lot of different notes and articles. It’s primarily my job. I could be much faster and more productive if I dictated text instead of typing it out manually. Why might voice-to-text not be working?

I totally get you. I’m not a writer either, but I run my blog and shoot YouTube videos where I share my observations and insights. Sometimes I can’t write down my thoughts right away, but if I don’t jot them down, I’ll forget. In those moments, dictation comes in super handy. You can enable voice-to-text in your settings; check out this guide https://setapp.com/how-to/voice-to-text-iphone. It takes less than a minute. Sometimes, if I don’t need actual text but just want to remember something, I prefer to use the voice memo app. Both features come pre-installed on the iPhone, which is definitely convenient.
