Hi Guys, I am using Google Chrome 8 and it tries to play, but shows no images only sound, it also then stops working and then kills the page. Using Windows 7.BTW, it looks great in the other browsers. I have a link to your stuff here : outsourcehouse.co.za/2011/01/27/html5-video-player-dreamweaver-extension/

Hello Paul,
Does this happen with the demos on our website, or when you create a page using the HTML5 Video player?

Hi Paul,
Actually this was an error in the demo - it wasn't updated with the latest code. It is all fixed now.
In the released extension it should be all working fine in chrome.
As tip - just always make sure, as it is stated on the extension interface to supply mp4, webm and ogg video files - in that order.
Ans thanks for the review! You might want to adjust it a bit with this comment

Hi guys,
It was the demo that wasn't working properly, just tested on 2 machines and it is working perfectly now.
Do you guys have any suggestions about what the users could use to encode their files that will make the different versions of the video?
I will update the site now.

Hi Paul,
Yes, we also have this explained in our online manual, specially the basics tutorial at:
www.dmxzone.com/go?18294&LinkFile=the_basics_basic_html5.htm
It comes down to two programs:
* Handbrake for creating MP4 files
* Miro Video Convertor for creating WebM and Ogg files.
Those produce the best results.

George
