I upgraded form Macromedia Dreamweaver to Adobe Dreamweaver CS3. The extension does not work with the CS3; keep on asking for Dreamweaver MX 2004 or greater! Maybe it's just me...? )

It should actually work fine with CS3. Just make sure you have the latest Extension Manager for CS3 installed.

Get it from www.adobe.com/exchange/em_download/em18_download.html

Then install the extension again.
