I am a Bank Of America customer and my account has stopped working. For more than 4 hours I have been trying to get through and find out the reason for blocking my account, but to no avail.

The exact same situation happened to me recently. I am also a customer of Bank Of America. I spent two days trying to contact the bank's managers and everything was to no avail. I was either answered by an answering machine or just dropped my call. I do not know how much more time I would have spent trying to contact bank employees by phone if my friends had not advised me to contact bank of America customer service, which I advise you to do.
