I can't instal the Dreamweaver CS6 extension xdmxHTML5 slide show, from DMXZone. The Adobe Extension manager CS6 returns an error "Impossible to update the menu". I'm running a Mac Pro machine with Mac OS X 10.9.1. Any hint?

I've cleared the DW cache as explained here www.dmxzone.com/go/16740/clearing-dreamweaver-s-cache/ w/o any luck.

Extension manager version 6.0.8.28
dmxHTML5 Slide show v1.5.0
Dreamweaver CS6 V12.0 build 5861 Italian (installed over a german version)

Don't know how to embedd the screenshot of my error message, it is a black window with "Adobe extension manager" as header. The text in italian says :
"Impossibile aggiornare i menu. L'estensione non verrà installata"
(literally: "Can't update menus. Extension will not be installed"

PS: I've sent enabled detailed logging and sent the log files stored under "/Users/<YourUserName>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Extension Manager CS6/Log" to the support email

I have resolved this issue !
I have unisnstalled Dreamweaver CS6 completely and re-installed again. During the uninstall process, I've noticed that several files/folders from older installation in German were removed. Very likely the dual language installation has created some conflict.
Long story short: Re-installed DW CS6 (in Italian) and launched the dmx extension file (dmxHTML5Slideshow-1.5.0.mxp). Adobe extension managers completes the installation and the extension appears in DW. Have to provide Serial number, ID and Passw to complete installation.

I'm back in business. Uninstall and re-install is almost always the solution for unique issues that nobody else seem to have experienced.
