There is nothing in the documentation.
I followed the instructions in the video I found online but when I insert a repeat region it still only shows the first image.

I have a Nivo Slider on the same page. Is that going to create a problem?

In the latest version of the extension you need to:
1. Define a recordset
2. Open the UI and Select Dynamic Source
3. Select the image column of your recordset /and titile, description optional/

The extension automatically puts a repeat region in the code.

That much was apparent. In any event, I redid it from scratch and it worked this time.

It sounds like the Nivo Slider might be conflicting with your repeat region setup, especially if the slider's script overrides the dynamic data rendering.
