I've used this on a few pages, but find cleanup a pain.

I always deselect the options for generating lightbox links and image titles. It creates lightbox links and image titles anyway. When editing the show, the options are always checked off - it does not remember the settings.

So I have to manually delete the titles and lightbox links. If I forget to uncheck them again, they are recreated.
