Hi Guys,When planning out a slideshow how do you decide what size to make your images?
For example if youlook at this test page im working with to get to grips a little with it testdata.staffdata.co.uk/default.asp
I did not size the images just added a folder of car pics, as you see its ok but some of the pics slide past and you see no car just bits of the images background.
So my slideshow is sizes 980 X 350 what would you guys resize the pics to for this?
Regards as ever
Les

Hello Les,
There is no a "perfect size" - it is you who decides how big do you want them to be.
Usually there are several things you should have in your mind:
- When using the ken burns effect with some zoom - 1-1.5 you need to make sure your images are bigger than the slideswhow, otherwise the will become blurry and "pixelated"
- If you do not want to use the ken burns effect - i usually crop the images to the size of the slideshow.
