I bought this today, installed it and tried to access it via the Insert menu item and NOTHING HAPPENS! I submitted a message early this morning and have not heard back yet!

Can someone help me? Please!

• Have you completed the installation wizard where you enter you serial number?
• Have you restarted DW after that?
• What DW version and OS do you have?
• If still not wroking try deleting the Dreamweaver Cache file: www.dmxzone.com/go?16740

Did the installation wizard appear when you installed the extension? /asking you for username, password and serial number/
