Hi KM,
Seems you have changed your default windows settings to very big fonts. So please reset the windows look settings to default.
Greetings,

on a 1920 x 1080 there is no way for me with 100% DPI (my eyes are still fine, so I believe), it is currently on 125%. any other software with a gui can handle it, is the user now supposed to switch DPI whenever the gui demands?
that would be rather disturbing, unproductive and the like, don't you think?

Hello k m,
There is nothing to be fixed as this not a bug in the extension.
As you can see Microsoft also warned you when changing this:

Our software is created for being used in default working conditions.
It's you who changed these default conditions regardless even Microsoft warned you, that "Some items may not fit your screen"

the MS warning shows for Larger-150% but not for Medium-125%, if you would like to stay in context, and latter as reported being my setting.

Well then i'd recommend you to reset the dpi setting to their default/normal level.
