Please take a look and you can see that the sliding is bucking and not so softely as it should be!

What browser are you using, because looking at your website here on: Firefox 3.6.13, IE9 Beta2, Chrome 8 and Safari 5 i can't imagine a softer sliding than this one.

But please note that IE8 is not supporting the modern web technologies that the other browsers i've posted in the previous post do and that's why the sliding there is not as smooth as in the other browsers.
Also i can't agree the statement "it does not work", when viewing it only in a specific browser.
