Hi,

I used flip on a website last year with no problems at all, but having re-used the same site this year (an annual music festival) I am finding that the Flip will only go effectively half way round when using Firefox

The site is working well on my iPad, and the flip element seems to work on IE (though I have other troubles there!)

Can anybody shed any light on why this may be happening?
This is quite urgent as we really need to get the site live and get tickets on sale

I can't recreate your problems in firefox.
Can you specify your browser version?
Can you also provide me with link to the problem page?

Mine is Firefox Version 19.0.2, and I have today been told by a couple of others that they are seeing the problem with Firefox also.

All is working fine with IE and Safari

The site is at www.rockinthebog.com

Go to the BANDS tab and click on a logo to activate the flip
