How do I get the current angle of a rotated images? I need to keep track them for calculation purposes and limits restrictions.

I need to get the current angle of selected object from series of different objects. Meaning, a user can select an object and rotate them as needed but the system would restrict them to certain limits per object. I need to keep tract the current angle so I could do some calculations.
