For some reason I am unable to pull in the data from the google calendar

I have verified that the calendar is public and I am able to view the google calendar embedded in html.

Google events do load ok.

I am receiving Error 403 from google with your feed.

I have verified that the calendar is set to public. Also if I use the google generated html embed code their calendar works fine. I have copied here the calendar ID I am using


I have screen shots of both if there is an email to send these to.
