Only a small thing I know, but would it be possible to highlight the current day in some way. I use the Month view as default start and it would useful if todays date could be highlighted.

I'll have your request added to extension wish list. It will not be so easy to be included with a simple fix, but I think it will be possible for next update or the one after.
