I downloaded the extension yesterday and installed it... I have input the serial number and completed login and registration.When I open a file in Dreamweaver I can see the extension and the icon to click that should cause the extension to launch -- but the window does not open.I have removed it and re-installed. Same problem.I am running Dreamweaver CS4 on Windows 2010.Thank you for your help.

Did you restarted DW , after the install shield in DW was completed?
