Program Crashes Dreamweaver CS5

I am using Dreamweaver CS5 and Animated Thumbnail Gallery version 1.0.6. The program crashes Dreamweaver whenever I attempt to complete the Image Resizer after adding an images folder. After crashing a "...dmx_temp.htm.js" file is added to the folder the original htm file where I'm attempting to add photos is located. This happens sporadically, but most of the time and is creating major issues for me. Please provide a heads up on the problem. Thank you Replies

From your post it is really hard to tell you what is going wrong.
What version of DW are you using?
As it is described on the product page, The first version of this extension (1.0.x) has been discontinued! Please, get Animated Thumbnail Gallery 2: www.dmxzone.com/go/22961/animated-thumbnail-gallery-2

There is nothing wrong with the images. Are those the only images that crash your DW on resize?
Did you try reinstalling the extension but using DMXzone Extension Manager, not the Adobe Extension Manager?
Did you try saving your images using the Save For Web option in your Photoshop?

There are also other images that have crashed DW on resize, although not as consistently as the photos I sent you. Yes, I did reinstall the extension using DMXzone's latest extension manager, not Adobe's. Yes, I tried saving the images with the save for web option (which prompted a warning that the photos are too large for what this option was designed for). The photos resized properly after using the Photoshop alteration, but one of the pics was black. This is the other problem I've encountered when DW doesn't crash, the thumbnail gallery blacks out some of the photos at random. There is obviously something wrong here. I've used the first Thumbnail Gallery for two years without a problem, and now this. My operating system is Windows 7. Any ideas?
