Is it possible to create a dynamic tree menu with Folder View? But not based on folder structure.

Parent - Child - Grandchild

For example at a university one would have:
Departments - Divisions - User

Dept 1 - Div 1a - User 1a1
Dept 1 - Div 1a - User 1a2
Dept 1 - Div 1a - User 1a3

Dept 1 - Div 1b - User 1b1
Dept 1 - Div 1b - User 1b2
Dept 1 - Div 1b - User 1b3


Dept 2 - Div 2a - User 2a1
Dept 2 - Div 2a - User 2a2
Dept 2 - Div 2a - User 2a3

Dept 2 - Div 2b - User 2b1
Dept 2 - Div 2b - User 2b2
Dept 2 - Div 2b - User 2b3


Create a recordset joining the 3 tables then bind appropriate field to each tier.

Not quite sure how to implement this in Folder View 2.
Maybe it's not possible. Quite hard to explain!
