Hi there
I have a state menu listing all the state in the USA, in that list I have added another state called "Other" right under that I have text field called "shipOtherState"
I am trying to give an international customer the option to checkout by entering their state manually in the "shipOtherState" Filed
I try to use the conditional method, but with no success,

I have selected "shipOtherState" and in the conditional area I have selected If Element "shipState" = Other, Action: Enable/Disable

Its not working for me... I am sure I am missing something, any help will be appropriated
