This is the page I'm dealing with.

I saw a FAQ post about this similar issue, but it only mentioned the order of the js being wrong or something...no mention of what the right order is, and why it is being written wrong. This was a new page based on a Template, with just the lightbox placed on it. Any ideas?

You have jQuery included twice on your page. Remove the second from top include of :

<script type="text/javascript" src="js/jquery-1.7.2.min.js"></script>
