Why don't Lightbox find any images from a folder full of them when I'm trying to import that whole folder?

I have Windows Vista Home Premium and DW CS3.

Adobe versions prior to CS5.5 are not fully compatible with the latest XP and Vista Service Packs. Trying to select folders in Adobe dialogs (not just the ones launched by our extensions but also Adobe features like the Define Site dialog) only works correctly if you select a root folder. If your target folder is a sub-folder you must manually type in the folder name when you are returned to our interface.
Adobe Hot Fix is available!

Jan-2010 - Adobe prepared a DwBrowseForFolderUrlHotfix.mxp extension that will fix this issue.

If you are using Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7and are experiencing this issue then you should install this extension:

1. Download the Hot Fix file:

2. Install the DwBrowseForFolderUrlHotfix.mxp into Dreamweaver using the Extensions Manager

3. Restart Dreamweaver.

I got a test gallery ready but does not seem to work in Chrome (it opens but do not seem to find the pictures) and in Explorer the browser is asking to clik a permission to use active-x before it stats to work. Is that normal or do I have to add somthing more to the code which is now this:
