I have emailed five times and have not received a reply. Hopefully you'll read this. I was charged $115 instead of $85 for LightBox. I would really like the overcharge taken care of.

Great reply. Basically "Too bad" - I purchased it 5 hours before the sale started, even though it was during the sale period.

Looks like customer service is a foreign concept.

That coupled with the non-functionality in ie 8 - I would NOT recommend this product.
