can you please let me know why when I add the username and password you send me I am unable to register the extension and as a result use it?
Can you please solve this problem and let me know once is done so I can start using the extension?

Please don't post any SN in the forum.

Your username can't be changed. The password is changed as you desired. Please try to login and install the products with the new password.
