I have a simple insert form with one text field that's it. I have it in a tooltip and it does insert a record into the database but instead of the value in the text box it just inserts 'array'.Replies

I should add that if I use the form outside the tooltip it works correctly.

Yep, the form is when you click on the 'Add Location' button at the top right.

Hello,
Unfortunately this won't work like this. When loading the form this way you have the field with the #locationBox twice on the page - once inside the tooltip and once as it is hidden on the page. When executing the action it confuses because of these two fields with the same ids.

That makes sense ..... so how would you add a form to a tooltip?

I am afraid the way you built your page this won't be that easy.
I'd recommend you to put the field and the buttons in a hidden area below or above the add location button, then onclick you can show this area and then hide it again when submitted or when the cancel button is selected.
