Every interaction I have had with their staff has been positive and they always go above and beyond to make me feel they are valued as a customer. Whether at the check-in counter or during the flight, the flight attendants are always friendly, professional, and ready to help. And even when I call american airlines customer service number to solve a problem, the company employee is always very polite and tries his best to help me.
