How good is the quality of the KLOOK reviews services? I would be grateful to everyone for the feedback, it will help me a lot.

I've used Klook a number of times in different countries with no issue. Recently I booked a trip to Dubai Aquarium with them but didn't realise it needed 24 hrs to confirm the entry (as it included penguin encounter which is at a set time). I contacted Klook 2 hours before the entry to the venue asking if they could speed KLOOK reviews up the confirmation even though the 24hours haven't passed yet. They quickly acted and contacted their supplier who confirmed the ticket and even called me to check if I received the entry tickets.
