In serious need of people skills, standing around nattering away whilst there is pool of customers waiting to be served. I had practically two identical keys to cut and he quoted 2 quid for one and 3 quid for another, fair enough so I proceeded to hand over the key that he quoted 2 quid, for the owner rockauto to say he can no longer do it and swiftly recommends 'tesco' key cutting technology, laughable I know.
