The primary purpose of telemedicine is the exchange of experience and knowledge between doctors, medical and scientific institutions. But we, as laymen, don't care much about this side of the issue.

Theoretically, the initial examination at the doctor's office can be replaced by a remote appointment, which is the difficulty of cost of implementing telemedicine. The doctor will also gather the anamnesis and prescribe the necessary tests, which he himself will later decipher. And only in case of extreme need will the patient have to come to a face-to-face appointment.

Doctor-patient.This is a more familiar interaction for us, which is essentially like an ordinary doctor's appointment.When we come to the clinic, the doctor interrogates us. We tell him all of our complaints, pains, and worries. The initial examination is important, but further diagnostics, including laboratory diagnostics, are of paramount importance.
