So I'm new to a lot of this and have been reading up on full spectrum and broad spectrum oil. I understand that full spectrum contains thc within the federal legal limits of .3% (the United States) but is that delta 8 or delta 9? I didn't even know there were different kinds of thc and I'm reading that delta is still federally illegal? One oil I was looking at says it has delta 9, but I thought only delta 8 was legal (within the .3% threshold?) Most of the ones I've looked at say delta 8. I am entirely confused and I know I sound dumb.😕
