Yes, it is indeed possible to have two columns of thumbnails in various contexts. This can be achieved by using CSS grid or flexbox layouts to arrange the thumbnails in a grid format. By setting the appropriate width and height for each thumbnail of sen se and configuring the container, you can achieve a two-column layout.
