Guys, I've been suffering from insomnia lately. I go to bed early, but toss and turn for hours. In the morning I feel exhausted and tired, even coffee doesn't help. I tried turning off my phone an hour before bed and drinking warm chamomile tea, but it was no use. Does anyone have any proven methods? How to improve the quality of sleep? I'd be glad to hear any advice.

I understand you! I had a similar situation. My sleep was shallow, and I woke up every couple of hours. I tried meditating and listening to relaxing music - it helped a little, but didn't solve the problem completely. As a result, I came across an interesting topic about grounding sheets. They help restore the body's natural electromagnetic balance, which, as they say, improves sleep. Here on Reddit, guys discussed this topic, take a look: grounding sheets. I ordered one a month ago and really noticed a difference. I fall asleep faster, wake up much less often. Maybe it's worth trying? True, they are not cheap, but for me this investment was worth it.

I also recommend trying light physical exercise before bed. For example, stretching or a short walk in the fresh air. This helps to relax and switch off. Aromas also work well - lavender or lemon balm oil, you can drop them on your pillow. This is how I improved my sleep in a month, now I wake up rested.
