In our residential complex, people have recently started complaining about dirt in the entrances and trash in the common area. Previously, cleaning was done once a month, and it seemed to be enough for everyone. But now we understand that regularity is still important. Especially after rain or windy weather - leaves and dirt just accumulate in piles. I'm wondering: how important is it to hire a cleaning company and how can this affect overall comfort? Replies

Oh, that's really important. We had something similar in our building a couple of years ago - cleaning was done occasionally, and it greatly affected the overall appearance of the house. As a result, we gathered a council of residents and decided to sign a contract with professionals. Now they come twice a week, and the result was immediately noticeable. If you're interested, you can look here: Strata Cleaning. We found just such a service. It's convenient that Strata Cleaning takes care of both entrances and parking lots.

I had a case when I came to visit a friend in a new residential complex, and the cleanliness of the common area simply amazed me. It feels like they are constantly monitoring it. It immediately creates the impression that it is pleasant to live here. I think regular cleaning is not only about comfort, but also about the image of the house.

For businesses, this translates to a better customer experience, while for homes with Window Cleaning Rochester , it creates a warm, welcoming environment for family and guests.
