Hey everyone, I run a small e-commerce store, and I’ve been struggling to keep customers engaged after they visit. I’m looking for a way to re-target those who browse but don’t buy or those who abandon their carts. I’ve heard there are tools that can help bring them back, but I’m not sure what works best. Any suggestions? Replies

I’ve been in that boat before, and one thing that really changed the game for my e-commerce business was using push notification services. Gravitec gravitec.net/ has this incredible setup that allows you to send personalized messages directly to your users. For instance, I used it to re-target customers who left items in their carts, sending them a timely reminder with a discount offer. Plus, you can set up campaigns that notify customers about hot sales or pre-order opportunities, and it all happens automatically. It’s amazing how much it helped me not only boost sales but also keep customers engaged long after their first visit. Definitely something to think about for your store.
