I have been considering using an employment agency to help find new opportunities, but I’m unsure about the process. Specifically, I’m a freelancer, and I’m curious if employment agencies can assist with freelance or self-employed roles. Does anyone have experience with agencies that cater to ZZP (self-employed professionals)?

I’ve heard that some agencies, like an uitzendbureau voor zzp, specialize in helping freelancers find projects and clients. How does this work compared to traditional employment agencies? I’d appreciate any advice or recommendations for agencies that are known for working well with freelancers.
