Hello everyone,I’m a budding wedding photographer and am looking for advice on how to capture the best moments during weddings. What are some essential shots I shouldn’t miss? How do you manage lighting in different venues, especially outdoor ones at varying times of the day?
I’ve also heard that creating a shot list is important, but how detailed should it be? Lastly, any tips for interacting with couples and guests to make them feel comfortable in front of the camera? I appreciate any insights you can share!
Thank you!

Hi there!
Congratulations on your journey into wedding photography! Make sure to capture essential moments like the getting-ready shots, first look, ceremony, couple portraits, and candid interactions. If you’re considering Morocco wedding photography, the unique landscapes and vibrant colors can add an incredible backdrop to your shots. For lighting, aim for the golden hour for the best natural light, and find shaded areas if it’s midday. A flexible shot list is helpful—include key family combinations and any specific requests from the couple. Lastly, build rapport with your couple beforehand to make them feel comfortable, and use humor to direct guests for posed shots. Good luck!
