Hello everyone.I'm exploring various document management platforms for my team and would love your insights. We need a solution that allows for efficient document storage, easy collaboration, and strong security features. Ideally, it should integrate well with our existing tools like Microsoft 365 and Slack.
I’m particularly interested in platforms that offer version control and user permissions management. If anyone has experience with specific platforms like DocuWare, M-Files, or SharePoint, please share your thoughts. What features did you find most beneficial? Any challenges you encountered? Your feedback would be invaluable as we navigate this decision. Thank you!

I recommend trying DocuWare for its strong security features and user permissions management. M-Files is also great for its metadata organization and Microsoft 365 integration. Additionally, you might want to explore the MyPeopleDocs.org portal, which offers a user-friendly experience for document management and collaboration. SharePoint is excellent for teamwork, but it can be complex. All three options provide version control, so consider your team's specific needs and try demos to see what fits best.
