How does this calculator work? How does it help with weight management? I know that TDEE is the total energy expenditure per day. But how does it relate to BMR? If BMR is the amount of calories your body needs at rest, how does that affect TDEE? I am trying to understand how my daily calorie expenditure is calculated and how it can help me with weight loss. Does anyone have experience using this calculator? How often do you use it and has it helped you reach your goals? Any information would be appreciated!

Calculating your TDEE is really important to reach your goals. TDEE is the total amount of calories you burn in a day, including your body's basic functions and physical activity. To calculate your TDEE, you can use the free tdee calculator. This calculator will help you quickly and accurately find out how many calories you need to maintain your weight, lose weight, or gain weight. Keep in mind that your TDEE is affected by factors such as your age, gender, activity level, and weight. If you want to lose weight, it's a good idea to create a small calorie deficit. For example, eat 300-500 calories less than your TDEE. This will help you lose weight safely. If you have any additional questions, feel free to ask!

I use the same calculator and it really helps. However, I also keep a food diary to track my habits. This allows me to understand which foods have the best effect on my energy and results. Sometimes it is useful to check your goals and revise them, especially if you see that you are not achieving the expected results.
