We are planning a vacation with our family in the Caribbean and are looking for advice on choosing a beach. If anyone has been there, please tell me where is the best place to stay so that swimming is great and there are fewer people? Last year we vacationed in Cuba, and although the beaches there are gorgeous, we found that some places were simply overcrowded. This was especially noticeable on Varadero Beach - the beauty is indescribable, but there are so many tourists that there was nowhere to put a towel. In the end, we left to look for something quieter, and we were advised to go to Playa Paraiso - there is silence and a real piece of paradise. I would like to find something similar, but on other islands in the Caribbean.

The Caribbean is a great place to relax, and there are really many hidden gems there. If you want a more relaxing holiday, I recommend paying attention to the beaches of Barbados or the Turks and Caicos Islands. There are several secluded places where you can enjoy the sea almost alone. For example, in Barbados there is a beach called Bottom Bay - stunning views and few people. And to find such places, I usually use https://findbestbeach.com/. There you can see different beaches by region, plus reviews often help you choose something suitable. Do you think Barbados will suit you or do you want a completely secluded place?

I read and start dreaming about the Caribbean! I've never been there, but by all accounts, it's just paradise. I personally prefer to travel around Europe, but a beach holiday in the Caribbean is definitely on my wish list. I think when I plan such a trip, I'll definitely come back to this thread on the forum to reread all your advice and choose something suitable. Thank you for sharing your experience, it's interesting to learn about less touristy places!
