We have Pure ASP Upload 3 up an running on our web site. It works pretty flawlessly for us, but we have complains from certain folks that simply can't not upload there fils. They all seem to be in Windows, but we don't know what version. Is there a particular setting in Windows that is preventing them from using this system? Some kind of firewall setting that needs to be changed?

Can you gather more information for your customers OS version as well as the browsers used and eventually if you are using Flash Multi Upload component the Flash Player version?

I will try to get this info. Personally, I think it has to do with some port being closed that is not allowing FTP communication. The thing is that apparently, the same customers, are not able to connect directly to our FTP server ether.
