HI I am having problems uploading multiple large files to the server using either mxFlashUploadControl, or dmxMultiUploader. Pure ASP Upload 3, will only upload multiple files when the combine size is not bigger than 7.003 kb. Then it only says that a file failed to be uploaded. But it doesn’t give me any errors.
I thought that it could be my web hosting company, so upload 1 file at a time each of them with a size of 9.523kb and it worked without any problems.
Here is information about my server
*Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2003
*IIS v.6.0
*.Net Framework v.2.0
*MS SQL Server 2005

Also I am wondering if there is another way to upload multiple files without using mxFlashUploadControl, or dmxMultiUploader?
Can anyone please help? I am not really sure what to do now

Hello Juan,

Flash control and Multi Uploader are not suitable for files that exceeds 4096 px height or width.
If you are trying to upload multiple large image files you can set a number of file fields in a form. PAU will recognize those fields and will upload the files provided by them.

I just one more question, how can I redirect the page when the Flash control finish uploading the files. I have tried putting the redirection the Pure ASP Upload 3 panel, in the insert panel or in the advance image processor panel, but non of them work, the page just doesn’t go any where. Could you please let me know what the best thing to do is.

Hello Juan,

Unfortunately this functionality is still bit buggy and can't provide you with exact workaround that will redirect your page automatically. what you can do is set a button on the page that users need to click on to continue to the needed page.

Currently developers are on to find a solution of this flaw.

I am wondering, if there is a fix to uploading large files with mxFlashUploadControl, or dmxMultiUploader. I was setting the form size to no bigger than 7.003 kb, and it work for some time, but as the web site grew and more users starting using the file upload it has become into a bigger problem.
Are you guys planning to fix this?, or create another extension that does the job better.
