Using DW_CS6 on Win8. Install the extension and get error message "Could not be inserted into exact location ... installed in Commands.Miscellaneous". Close down, open up and its there as a menu item but greyed out.Have uninstalled, closed down, cleared cache, installed - always greyed out.
Any ideas.
