How do I add UK Dates to SQL Server?

where exactly do I run this query ? In Dreamweaver or in MySQL ? I'm a beginning programmer so could you explain a little bit more clearer to me what to do to set the date to british

If you're using MySQL, this article isn't for you. Nic forgot to put the word "MicroSlop" in front of SQL Server. If you are using MS SQL Server, then the SQL Query Analyzer is one of the programs that ships with it. You enter the code he mentions in the Query window and then execute it from the Query menu.

Thanks for saving my sanity the UK dates thing has been bursting my head for days.

I would like to add that once I tried the way you sugest with the stored procedure I noticed that the regional settings in the logins changed to British English and this lead me to discuver that you can actualy acheive the same effect by going in to SQL server enterprise manager select security/logins double click the user and change the lanuage from English to Brithish English or any other language you might reqire.
