Hi yea,
I got a really really great Query Builder from http://www.webassist.com , The extension worked like a dream, they have a flash demo so you can view a demo. I found it could do really difficult queries. There tutorial was a bit lacking but you can't have everything.

There are also, my favorite, Advanced Query Wizard, and InterAKT's QuB.

Hi yea,
I dont use the webassist extension no more as I found it creates a lot of code for a query, where as the QUB extension from http://www.interaktonline.com gives nice clean sql which you always have the option of changing by hand.
