Pure ASP Upload Add On Pack
I just asked for something like this about a week ago!!! MAN YOU GUYS LISTEN!!
YEE-HAA!! Nice work!!! This place rocks!
but the deleting of files was THE missing issue in the whole pure asp upload story!
potverdikkie wat verwennen jullie me !! (this means "Damn you spoil me too much" in Dutch..)
Within two minutes of downloading your extension and applying it though, I was able to flawlessly delete the correct file from the server and it's corresponding URL in the database, finally!!! Thank you so much!
Warm Regards,
Jean-Marie
First of all great extension (again!)
I came up a little problem (not the fault of the extension) when ure testing it locally on IIS and you are running Norton antivrus program, the file system object, that is used, may give some problems. It may help to switch of scriptblocking and reboot, then it works fine.

This extension pack is great, I would highly recommend getting, and for the low price of 29.00 that makes it even better for what it can do.
And again this reqiures no server .dll which is great as well, if you have a big host and they will not install a .dll because of server clustering this item and pureASP upload 2.9 is your answer, I bought both of these items and they work great and do exactly what they say.
Thanks George, can't wait to see what you come out with next

In general: great extension.
However, I got an errormessage: When trying to delete a file before record:
Error Type:
Server.MapPath(), ASP 0174 (0x80004005)
An invalid '/' or '\' was found in the Path parameter for the MapPath method.
/Mysite/ScriptLibrary/incPUAddOn.asp, line 24
This is in the included script file (Version: 1.7.0) This is supposed to be the latest.
Line 24 goes like this: DF_fullFile = Server.MapPath(DF_path & DF_file)
What should I do?
Hi george,
I need to know how can I put more emails in the Mail Uploaded Files, I tried all I can do, I need to mail the files to 5 different people and I can not do that. Hope I get an answer soon.
Keno
The error indicate a problem character with your path.
Most probably this is additional slash ('/' or '\') into the path.
