It does just about anything you can possibly need in a validation script, including filters (stripping characters as you type), custom error messages before submitting, upload validation, and image dimension checking, in addition to the standard validation features for almost any type of user input. The best thing about it is that Massimo's code is always well documented and well thought out so that it is easily integrated into your site and easily customized. FTP Server Checker for Contribute (and Dreamweaver)

The Macromedia FTP Server Checker enables users to diagnose problems when a connection cannot be established in Contribute, and DW since they're the same engine, using FTP. The tool checks the compatibility between the FTP server and Contribute, then generates a report to help to identify issues between the server and Contribute. (Windows only)

If the report does not clarify FTP compatibility problems, send the report to Macromedia for further analysis.

Note: Contribute 3 includes much of this functionality when ftp connections are created. Therefore, the Server Checker will most benefit customers using Contribute versions prior to version 3.
