color picker for websites

I have been looking for a color picker componet that i can use for users who would like to
customize the look of my Site.
that is to say they can select the background color on the site and the menu-color and so on.

This here below i just an example i put togather in Photoshop

I was going to get the values of the color pickers and use the fileSystemObject to make a new
css file.
but i have benn looking an not found a trace of the componet.
Sorry to say that i am not good programming in java and cant make this component my self

Simple Next and Back buttons

I am stuck with the task of recreating a paper based document in html/shtml. I would like to name my pages as per the printed documents page numbers and therefore just add next and back buttons to the header in my html/shtml pages.

I would be grateful if anyone could pass on any info that would reduce the build time, with regards to naming my html/shmtl docs 1.html, 2.html, 3.html and the navigation to just add +1 page or -1 page.

Hit Counter

I'm new to web design (1yr or so) - I have looked high and low for a web/hit counter that I can put on one page of my web site! I require a hit counter that has NO links to other sites, plus that works! Has any one got a d_weaver web/hit counter extention or some html that would do the trick? PLEASE help!
